Laura Herța
Dr. Laura Herta is a lecturer in International Relations at the Faculty of European Studies - International Relations Department of the Babes-Bolyai University. She has a PHD in Contemporary History on the evolution of relations between Romania and Yugoslavia. She has a master’s degree on Conflict Studies and International Politics, a Master’s degree in European Studies and a Master’s degree in Journalism. Her research focuses on conflict resolution, disputes mediation, humanitarian action, new wars, asymmetry of contemporary armed conflicts, constructivist theories. She has published several articles and chapters on the transformation of recent and contemporary wars, humanitarian intervention, human security and conflict resolution.
