Director of the Institute for research and debate on governance (IRG), Séverine Bellina has a PhD in Public Admininstration and is a specialist on public action, normative pluralism, legitimacy, institutionalisation of power and cooperation and development. She previously worked on governance issues for cooperation and development at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development, as well as in the Bureau for Development Policy of the United Nations Program for Development and as a consultant to the European Commission. She has published several books and articles on governance, both in French and English. She lectures at several universities.
