Claudette Doucet graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (concentration in psychology) before adding a Civil Law Degree to her education. After practising for a few years and working for an Engineering firm, she returned to school to pursue a Master degree in Public Ethics from Saint-Paul University. She joined the team of the Canada Research Chair on Legal diversity and Indigenous Peoples in October 2017 while finishing writing her Master research paper. Her diverse study and career paths reflect her taste for all types of challenges, big and small.

Her quest for fairness is part of her daily work analysis as well as her interactions with the Research Chair collaborators and her colleagues.
